Gary Shapley, the IRS whistleblower in the Hunter Biden tax investigation, told CBS's Jim Axelrod on Tuesday that he was told not to pursue leads that could implicate President Biden.
"There were certain investigative steps that we weren't allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden," Shapley said. "We needed to take them."
